To book an event
You need to be a member of the ExecEvents Club to book an event. All you need to do is to click on the boxes for the events you would like to book, and fill in the form below with your name, membership number and email address.
+ Cancellation policy
Drinks parties & wine tastings:
3 working days prior to an event - no refund
4 working days prior to an event - 50% refund
More than 4 working days prior to an event - 90% refund
Dinner parties:
7 days prior to an event no refund.
More than 7 days 90% refund
Ticketed events:
More than 4 weeks prior to the event - 90% refund
Less then 4 weeks prior to the event - no refund.
If you have to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control we will endeavour to sell your ticket to another member, however this can never be guaranteed

+ Dinner party format
Unless otherwise stated, all dinner parties include a 3-course meal, 3/4 bt wine, water, coffee/tea and service. Additional wine may be purchased at your own expense.

+ Guests policy
Where indicated members are invited to bring a guest. In some instances there will be an additional charge but usually not. Each guest may attend one event after which, if they wish to attend again they will be asked to pay a suppliment or take out membership.

In association with Events Together we are delighted to offer EEC members a Singles Sailing Weekend designed for you to experience the fun and freedom of sailing in a sociable group - whether you have sailed before or would just love to give it a go.
Their yachts are chartered with an experienced skipper on board who is yours for the weekend. Based on the Solent the weekend start with an exhilarating ride around Portsmouth harbour on a 50 mph RIB powerboat on Saturday morning, followed by sailing up the Solent on a 43ft luxury yacht, mooring in the Yachting capital of Cowes for the evening. You’ll eat in one of the great choices of restaurants and then head on to enjoy the nautical nightlife at some of Cowes’ lively hostelries.
Weekends sailing on board a luxury yacht are great fun; you'll experience the thrill and freedom of sailing on open water and at the same time working with a crew of like-minded people.
Included in the price for this Event:
- Accommodation on board a luxury 43ft yacht for Friday and Saturday
- An hour blasting around the harbour on a 250hp RIB powerboat on Saturday
- Breakfast on board (both days) with buffet lunch and drinks, on Saturday
- A fully qualified RYA skipper will be in command and at your disposal for the weekend
- Events Together host co-ordinating the event
- Hands on experience sailing a 43 foot yacht and training and guidance provided from the skipper as much as you choose
- All harbour and marina fees
- All specific safety gear included
- Foul weather gear is provided
- Visits to some great Cowes pubs and restaurants

sold outThe Bolshoi Ballet are coming to the Coliseum this summer. Together with the Orchestra of the Bolshoi Theatre they will be performing Spartacus with guest superstar Carlos Acosta dancing the title role for one night only.

Enjoy Shakespeare under the stars as it was originally intended, with traditional
Renaissance staging, costume and music.
The play: Self-denial is in fashion at the court of Navarre where the young King and three of his courtiers solemnly forswear all pleasures in favour of serious study. But the Princess of France and her all-too-lovely entourage have other ideas and it isn’t long before young love, with its glad eyes, hesitations and embarrassments, has broken every self-imposed rule of the all-male ‘academe’.
Shakespeare’s boisterous send-up of all those who try to turn their back on life, is a festive parade of every weapon in the youthful playwright’s comic arsenal: from excruciating cross-purposes and impersonations, to drunkenness, bust-ups and pratfalls.

Royal Windsor evening race meetings are really enjoyable. the atmosphere is relaxed, with teh emphasis on ahving fun. the course in intimate so it's easy to get from the champagne bar to the parade ring to the stands without too much effort!
The first race is at 5.30pm, last race 8.00pm
We will take a chauffeured minibus leaving central London at 4.30pm and returning at approx 9.30pm
.

Informal summer drinks party at private members' club Teatro 97-103 Shaftesbury Avenue. The club has just undergone a major refurbishment and is now cool and elegant while still retaining its relaxed feel.

Ladies sold out. Gents one place remaining
FIFTY, situated in the heart of Mayfair is London's most exclusive private members' club. We are therefore delighted to offer EEC members the rare opportunity to enjoy the FIFTY experience.
We dine in the superb restaurant V, which is all about worldly good taste, sophistication, exemplary produce and exacting standards. Fifty's executive chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is the celebrated master and pioneer of contemporary fusion cooking so you can expect an incredible menu encompassing cuisine's from around the globe.
The bar area where we meet for pre-dinner drinks has an elegance all of its own, from the leather and stone bar-top, to the antique mirror panels and rosewood frames.
After dinner we descend to "Fifty Below", the basement nightclub specially created for Fifty's elite membership. This cool space, designed by Jeffrey Beers and operated by Marc Merran the talented, trendsetting social engineer behind such London clubs as Aura and Chinawhite is perfect for late-night relaxing and dancing.
This special evening is restricted to 5 ladies and 5 gentlemen so early booking is advisable.

ABOUT OUR EVENTS
The ExecEvents Club prides itself on offering a diverse calendar of stylish Social Events, Cultural Events, Singles Events and VIP Events throughout the year. We work with the top sporting venues, cultural institutions, restaurants and clubs to ensure our members benefit from an interesting and enjoyable range of events.
We schedule approximately 4-5 events a month - most in the evening but also some during the day. In a typical month there will be one or two cultural and special interest events, a sporting activity (seasonal), one gastropub style dinner party and one more formal one, regular drinks parties, walks, debates, wine tastings and so on. We also organise 2 or 3 weekend trips a year, both abroad and in the UK.
The diary is constantly being updated as events become available so it is worth checking out each month's activities on a regular basis.
