Deutsche Bank Contemporary Art Collection
A private curator’s talk and tour with pre tour drinks reception
With 50,000 works Deutsche Bank has the largest corporate art collection in the world.
The Deutsche Art Concept has two main aims:
To hang contemporary works of art in the Bank' s buildings to support artists. To give staff and visitors to the bank an opportunity to encounter contemporary art outside museums and galleries. Categorically not bought for investment the collection concentrates on works on paper, from 1960 to the present day.
The Bank's commitment to art goes beyond filling its offices with art, as demonstrated by the program at the Deutsche Guggenheim Berlin and the sponsorship of Frieze Art Fair.
Meet: 6.30pm prompt, Great Winchester Street, EC2
Cost: £35 (including a £10 donation to Deutsche Bank's charity of the year, Sparks)

The ExecEvents Club is delighted to have been invited to the private opening of this exhibition.
Background: In the early stages of planning the Gallery "mission" the directors decided that Hooper's would support and promote contemporary fine art photography and would make a commitment to support up and coming young photographers.
Graduates: The MA course in Photography at the Royal College of Art is one of the few 2- year MA photography courses, and is acknowledged to be at the highest level. It is very selective and attracts top students from all over the world. For this reason, Hooper's Gallery approached the RCA and suggested that it would make an annual award to a selected number of graduates and would then offer them a show at the gallery. They graduate in June and the Hoopers Summer Show opens in July.
Attraction: The attraction of the exhibition is that a group of talented, serious and often innovative young photographers have an opportunity to show their work in a gallery setting. Those selected will have already have achieved the prestige of a place on the RCA course and the exhibition can provide a launch pad for their future career.
Arrive: 6.30-8.00pm (closes 8.30pm)
Cost: £15 ( £10 donation to Hooper's Africa Trust)

For our members this was undoubtedly the highlight of the 2006 summer social scene.. We had an absolutely fantastic day arriving at 11am for bucks fizz in the Smyle/Kidd privat enclosure, and just partying from then on until finally leaving at 10pm after dancing to Soul to Soul and watching the amazing firework display. Oh yes, and the polo was excellent too!
Chauffered door to door this is an expensive day out but we all agreed it was worth every penny - so why not join us this year.
Cost: £299 (transport, morning coffee, champagne picnic lunch, best seats in the Clubhouse stand, Smyle/Kidd after party)
Non-members please call 020 7328 3222 for details

ABOUT OUR EVENTS
The ExecEvents Club prides itself on offering a diverse calendar of stylish Social Events, Cultural Events, Singles Events and VIP Events throughout the year. We work with the top sporting venues, cultural institutions, restaurants and clubs to ensure our members benefit from an interesting and enjoyable range of events.
We schedule approximately 4-5 events a month - most in the evening but also some during the day. In a typical month there will be one or two cultural and special interest events, a sporting activity (seasonal), one gastropub style dinner party and one more formal one, regular drinks parties, walks, debates, wine tastings and so on. We also organise 2 or 3 weekend trips a year, both abroad and in the UK.
The diary is constantly being updated as events become available so it is worth checking out each month's activities on a regular basis.
