What the members say

Why I joined the ExecEvents Club: a great balance of events; I can pick and choose and try new things; we go to fun and sophisticated venues; there’s a good mix of formal and informal events and most importantly lots of friendly people. Angie - headhunter

Saturday was brilliant. A great venue and good service. The canapés looked fabulous. Nicole Farhi’s certainly has the right atmosphere for the size of the group. Met quite a few interesting people and everyone was so friendly. Katie & John - banker & IT consultant

As a partner in a top legal firm I work ridiculous hours (don’t we all), so I think a club like this is long overdue in London. Sophisticated, no-pressure events and a nice crowd of people. I’m hooked. Nick - lawyer

You are absolutely right, we had a fantastic weather, and moreover we had a fantastic time. Everybody was nice and got on well, mostly thanks to Alun whois a wonderful host, and to the fact that we hit Cowes weekend on the Isle of Wight so the Saturday night was great! Thank you for offering me the opportunity to take part of this sailing weekend - I can't wait for the next one...Marie - HR

I have had a truly wonderful year with the ExecEvents. That said, I have decided not to renew my membership.  I am away working in New York a lot the next few months, and busy with work - but also I think in the main, my social life has picked up again, so much so that I don’t have time to do all of the things I'd like to outside of the club! I would love to come along to any of your non-member events, so please do invite me. Hopefully I will see you next week to say au revoir in person, but for the last year - thank you so much for a really fun bunch of people and events. Suz – TV Producer

Congratulations on organising such a fantastic cocktail mixing evening. I really enjoyed myself and everyone I spoke to (while I was still relatively sober), was equally enthusiastic! So well done - and thank you. Rod - architect

I wasn’t feeling at all confident about coming along on Thursday but the minute I arrived you thrust a drink in my hand, introduced me to a couple of people and immediately I began to relax. I’m glad a rose to the challenge, and I’ll be back for more! Sarah - curator

We had a good time last night and so too, it seemed, did everyone else. Really good mix of people, great venue and brilliant DJ. Simon & Jack - doctor & banker

Everybody I talked to was really nice and the feedback I got from established members about the other events they had attended was all positive. Many of them liked the fact that at each event they always met a couple of people they already knew from a previous event which made them feel comfortable – I’m delighted I’ve joined. Alex - PA

A great wine tasting evening--thank you for the excellent organisation. It was informative, interesting and with just the right amount of casualness thrown in! The choice of wines was varied and the 'tutor' delightfully enthusiastic. My first club evening was a success and I'm looking forward to the next one. Tania - dancer & entrepreneur

I’ve been on a cycle ride, a private tour of Tate Modern and to the Hampton Court Flower show all in the space of a few weeks.  I’m booked in to lots more things in the coming months, so I have no more excuses for not doing all the things I love as I can do them all with you.  I’ve also made a couple of new friends and we’re off to a concert & dinner together next week so the club definitely works for me.  Steve- property developer

We had always wanted to go to the Cartier International Polo and now we have, and in what style! Chrissy & Steve - interior designer & surgeon
  What the press say

There’s a tense moment as I wait in an out-of-the-way photographic studio to see whether nine of Britain’s most organised people will show up on time.  The people I’m waiting to meet are Britain’s new ‘fixers’ – lifestyle consultants who promise to manage and organise all aspects of your daily life, including Ginny Greenwood of the ExecEvents Club who’s company organises your social life for you. British Midland Lifestyle Magazine

Ginny Greenwood has hit on a clever idea.  It isn’t a dating agency (as it is open to couple as well as single people), but enables busy professionals to have a social life without having to organise it themselves. Times 2

How would you like to go to a champagne party at Nicole Farhi’s restaurant in Bond Street?  Or what about a picnic at a Kenwood Lakeside concert?  Or even dinner with the director and cast of a top West End show?  If any of these takes your fancy, then you might want to check out the ExecEvents Club where members have a penchant for the finer things in life but with their hectic lives often struggle to meet like-minded people. City A.M.

This social events club for affluent Londoners knows that debates, poetry readings and guided tours are often the best way to broaden your mind and your social horizons. Evening Standard

Talking to Ginny Greenwood I got a strong sense that the ExecEvents Club has a real club atmosphere. Members are actively involved in deciding what events they’d like to go to, and with the emphasis firmly on having a good time, new friendships are quickly formed.  Lesley, E14 Magazine

I enjoyed myself at Holland Park Opera enormously. It was, as you said, relaxed and incredibly stylish. Delicious champagne picnic, wonderful opera, warm balmy evening and excellent company - I wish all journalism was as much fun! Rory

Socialising? Yes you remember that, it’s the thing you’re supposed to do when you’re not working.  You probably used to do it quite well in your teens and early twenties but in your thirties and upwards it becomes increasingly difficult to juggle a social life with the demands made on you in the workplace.  So how about joining a great club that organises your diary for you? Canary Wharf Magazine

Giving 30+ cash-comfortable executives the chance to have an after-hours social life without the hassle of having to organise it themselves. Square Mile Magazine

At a recent cocktail evening I attended where guests made their own cocktails, demonstrated by two top London bartenders, followed by swift drinking of said cocktails, Ginny proved the perfect host, ensuring guests (a good mix of intelligent professionals, clearly high earners) mingled effortlessly. Cathy, NW magazine

If you’re finding your circle of friends ever-decreasing or you never have time to organise your leisure time effectively the ExecEvents Club could be just what you need.  executivesontheweb.com
